Jennifer is a registered psychologist and accredited mental health social worker with extensive experience across schools, clinical services, and community organisations in both Australia and South Africa.
She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families, offering counselling, play therapy, and evidence-based interventions tailored to each stage of life. Jennifer supports her clients to feel heard, valued, and understood, helping them build the insight and strategies needed to manage challenges and strengthen resilience.
Jennifer works with a wide range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment difficulties, emotional dysregulation, behavioural issues, social skill challenges, and neurodiversity. She values each client as an individual and is deeply committed to creating a therapeutic environment that celebrates diversity and recognises personal strengths. Jennifer believes that meaningful progress is built on genuine connection and collaboration, working closely with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure support is inclusive, practical, and holistic.
Warm and compassionate in her approach, Jennifer draws on a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and play therapy. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and move toward meaningful change.
Jennifer is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
